THEOUTSIDESIDE is not responsible for delays, rejected deliveries, refused packages, or additional costs caused by customs procedures or unpaid import charges.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the courier.
Tracking information may not update immediately and may vary depending on the courier, destination country, and local delivery service.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Refunds or replacements may not be issued for orders that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect customer-provided shipping information.
9. Lost or Missing Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is secure and accessible.
THEOUTSIDESIDE will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If one or more items in your order are out of stock, THEOUTSIDESIDE may dispatch the available items first and send the remaining items once they are back in stock.

12. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused by the customer, not collected, or returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any other customer-related reason, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs fees, and any additional charges incurred.
THEOUTSIDESIDE reserves the right to deduct these costs from any eligible refund, where applicable.
